We are praying for the serious coronavirus pandemic in our country and around the world. As this situation unfolds, we want to respond wisely to the guidance of our state and national health authorities regarding events, gatherings, services and precautions. We will update our plans as necessary.
We will have our Worship Service on Sunday, March 15, at 10:30 a.m. following Sunday School classes at 9:15 a.m. We are cancelling the evening service that night and ALL SERVICES FOR THE REST OF MARCH. We will evaluate the situation in April, and we hope to resume services as soon as it is safe to do so.
Please check the church’s Facebook page for up to date information. Everyone should wash their hands frequently, avoid handshakes and hugs for the time being, and stay home if you have cold symptoms, coughing or fever. If you know someone who is ill and needs help, please contact the church office (205-798-3341) so we can assist or get help for them.
We encourage our church members to keep in mind the financial needs of the church during this time. If you can send in or drop off your offering, this would be a true help to us. You can also sign up for e-giving and give on-line. Contact Ruth Hull or Brother Jim Kelling at the church office for more information).
