The congregation of Westwood Baptist Church voted on March 2, 2025, to sell our facilities to another church. As we prepare to relocate to a new home in May, we wanted to invite all our friends and former members and staff to join us for one Last Homecoming at Westwood on Sunday, May 4, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. We have a memorable day of worship and fellowship planned, and we would be honored to have you worship the Lord with us. Our former music minister, Rev. Shawn Stinson, will lead the music that Sunday. The service will begin at 10:30 a.m. There will be a Church-wide Dinner in the gym and fellowship hall following the service. We hope everyone can stay and enjoy a great meal together! (Feel free to bring a covered dish or dessert, if you would like to help us with the meal.)
Former choir members (and anyone else) are encouraged to join the Reunion Choir for this celebration. There will be a special choir practice with Brother Shawn on Sunday morning, May 4, at 9:00 a.m. if you would like to prepare for this service with us.
